ACM’s Customer Service Department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Customer Service Representatives are trained to professionally handle your inquiries and will ensure a prompt response to your requests. To arrange for customized turnaround time for a specific patient, please call the Customer Service Department at 585-247-3500. We have designed a program called SPECIAL SERVICES to initiate and document the customer order.

This program allows us to evaluate our performance in the delivery of STAT testing results to our customers. Additionally, you may schedule the delivery of supplies or pickup of specimens by contacting a Customer Service Representative.
