ACM Medical Laboratory is a full service clinical and pathology laboratory organized under the following departments of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology:

Sample processing operates 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. ACM offers a broad menu of same-day testing and reporting through dedicated faxes, remote printers and the Internet with ACM Quik ReportTM and Quik Tox. The laboratory is continually expanding its test menu and automation to control costs and maintain superior turn-around time for our customers. Our quality control process and testing is more frequent than most other laboratories. We are the only laboratory in Rochester that serves as a Central Laboratory in large scale national and global clinical trial testing.
